推拿结合悬灸对哮喘幼鼠Th17/Treg免疫失衡相关性的研究
Study on the correlation of massage combined with suspension moxibustion on Th17/Treg immune imbalance in asthma young mice

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of massage combined with suspension moxibustion treatment on Th17/Treg immune imbalance in lung tissue of asthmatic young rats.Methods A total of 36 SD young rats were selected and randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,group A,group B,group C and group D.The expression of lung histopathology,airway response,lung function,and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)related indicators among different groups was compared.Results Compared with the blank group,the model group showed an increase in pathological damage,airway stenosis(Penh),respiratory rate(F),total cells,eosinophils,neutrophils,and macrophages in BALF,the contents of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-17A,IL-22,transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)1and IL-10 in BALF,and Th17/Tregs cell ratio and ROR-γ t protein expression level in BALF in the model group(P<0.05),and after treatment with different regimens,groups A,group B,group C,and group D all showed a decrease(P<0.05),with group D being the lowest.The peak inspiratory flow rate(PIFb),peak expiratory flow rate(PEFb),middle expiratory flow rate(EF50),the levels of lymphocytes in BALF,and Foxp3 protein expression levels in lung tissue of rats in the the model group were decreased(P<0.05),after treatment with different regimens,the levels of group A,group B,group C,and group D all increased(P<0.05),with group D showing the highest increase.Conclusion Massage combined with suspension moxibustion can help regulate the ratio of Th17 and Treg cells in asthma young mice,restore Th/17/Treg immune balance,and improve lung injury and bronchial inflammation in asthma young mice.关键词
