Treatment of targeted drug associated proteinuria with Lishi Huazhuo formula

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Lishi Huazhuo formula in the treatment of small molecule multi-target drug-related proteinuria with damp-heat type.Methods A total of 70 patients with proteinuria(damp-heat type)malignant tumors treated with small molecule multi-target drugs in the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Jilin Cancer Hospital from May 2023 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 35 cases in each gruop.The control group was subjected to dynamic observation,while the treatment group was treated with the combination of Lishi Huazhuo formula on the basis of the treatment of the control group for two consecutive weeks.The proteinuria grading,24-hour urine protein quantification,Karnofsky functional status score,changes in traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome,and safety between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,both groups showed effective improvement in proteinuria grading and 24-hour urine protein quantification.The improvement in 24-hour urine protein quantification was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine improved,and except for the discomfort caused by loose stools,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of Karnofsky functional status score in the treatment group(88.6%)was higher than that in the control group(51.4%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the toxic reactions of renal function(creatinine,urea)in the treatment group compared to the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Lishi Huazhuo formula can effectively improve the proteinuria grading and 24-hour urine protein quantification of patients with damp-heat type small molecule multi-target drug-related proteinuria,alleviate clinical discomfort symptoms,and improve the patient's Karnofsky functional status score,with good safety.关键词
