针刺联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍的临床观察
Clinical observation of the treatment of upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke by acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation

Abstract
Objective To observe the specific effects of acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke(ULMDAS).Methods 108 patients with ULMDAS were selected and randomly divided into the acupuncture group,rTMS group and the combination group.Three groups were treated with acupuncture alone,rTMS alone,and acupuncture combined with rTMS intervention respectively.The Fugl-Meyer Assessment for Upper Extremity(FMA-UE),Action Research Arm Test(ARAT),and Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)scores of three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combination group(94.44%)was better than that of the acupuncture group(86.11%)and rTMS group(68.75%);The FMA-UE,ARAT,and mRS scales of the three groups all improved,with the combination group showing the best improvement.Conclusion The combination group has a significant therapeutic effect in improving ULMDAS,which is superior to acupuncture alone and rTMS intervention alone.关键词
