通腑保胰汤加减辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效
Clinical efficacy of modified Tongfu Baoyi decoction as an adjuvant therapy for acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of modified Tongfu Baoyi decoction as adjuvant treatment for acute pancreatitis(pattern of internal amassment of humid heat)on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and intestinal function.Methods 60 patients with acute pancreatitis and pattern of internal amassment of humid heat admitted to Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received modified Tongfu Baoyi decoction as adjuvant treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.All patients were treated for 7 consecutive days.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,intestinal function,serum amylase(Amy),white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),and Balthazar CT grading score were compared between two groups.Adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as abdominal pain,fever,nausea and vomiting,and yellow urine color in both groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group showed the more significant decrease(P<0.05).After treatment,all intestinal function indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum Amy,WBC,CRP,and Balthazar CT grading scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group showed the more significant decrease(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in terms of adverse reactions between two groups.Conclusion Modified Tongfu Baoyi decoction as adjuvant treatment for acute pancreatitis(pattern of internal amassment of humid heat)has good clinical efficacy,which can effectively improve patients'clinical symptoms and intestinal function,reduce the levels of Amy and inflammatory factors,and accelerate the relief of symptoms and signs,and has good safety.关键词
