膈下逐瘀汤联合艾灸治疗气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病的临床观察
Clinical observation of Gexia Zhuyu decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of adenomyosis with stagnation of qi and blood stasis type

Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of Gexia Zhuyu decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of adenomyosis with stagnation of qi and blood stasis type.Methods 138 adenomyosis patients with stagnation of qi and blood stasis type who were treated in Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 69 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine combined with moxibustion treatment,while the treatment group received treatment with Gexia Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,symptom scores,uterine hemodynamics and serum sex hormones in two groups were observed,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups was also observed.Results The total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The uterine volume,menstrual cycle and related scores of both groups after treatment were better than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic velocity(Vmax)and end diastolic velocity(Vmin)of both groups increased,while the resistance index(RI)decreased,and the magnitude of change in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in two groups decreased,and the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gexia Zhuyu decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of adenomyosis with stagnation of qi and blood stasis type can improve the clinical treatment effect,regulate uterine hemodynamics,and improve sex hormones.At the same time,there is no significant increase in adverse reactions.This therapy has good safety.关键词
