点穴疗法联合针刺治疗脑卒中后失眠的疗效观察
Observation of the therapeutic effect of acupoint therapy combined with acupuncture on insomnia after stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint therapy combined with acupuncture on post-stroke insomnia.Methods A total of 106 patients with post-stroke insomnia treated in the Rehabilitation Medical Center of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Central Hospital from April 2022 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received oral treatment with Esazolam tablets,while the observation group received acupoint therapy combined with acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The efficacy,sleep quality,sleep monitoring parameters,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,the levels of endocrine hormones,the levels of neurotransmitters,and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,TCM syndrome scores,and endocrine hormone levels in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality scores of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)increased in both groups,while the level of substance P(SP)decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint therapy and acupuncture can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,sleep quality and TCM syndrome,reduce endocrine hormone levels,regulate neurotransmitters in patients with post-stroke insomnia,without significantly increasing adverse reactions.It has good clinical application value.关键词
