参乌黄雪汤联合高通量血液透析治疗尿毒症的疗效观察
Observation of the therapeutic efficacy of Shenwu Huangxue Decoction combined with high throughput hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenwu Huangxue Decoction combined with high throughput hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia.Methods 86 patients with uremia admitted to Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2020 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(44 cases)and the observation group(42 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received highthroughput hemodialysis treatment,and the observation group received Shenwu Huangxue Decoction combined with high throughput hemodialysis.The treatment duration of two groups was 3 months.Relevant indicators of two groups were compared.Results The total clinical response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clearance of vascular-related molecular substances in both groups was better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and renal function in two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenwu Huangxue Decoction combined with high throughput hemodialysis can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms of patients with uremia,enhance the clearance effect of vascular-related molecular substances,downregulate the expression of inflammatory factors,and protect residual renal function.关键词
