急性哮喘合并幽门螺杆菌阳性患儿CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞表达水平及临床意义
Expression levels and clinical significance of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in children with acute asthma complicated by Hp positivity

Abstract
Objective To detect the proportion and quantity of 13 carbon urea breath test(13C-UBT)and CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells(Treg)in children with acute asthma during the attack period and remission period,as well as in healthy children.Methods The observation group included 60 children aged 4-14 who received outpatient and inpatient treatment for asthma in Hainan Women and Children's Medical Center from January 2022 to December 2022,while the control group included 50 healthy children.FACSCalibur was used to detect the expression levels of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in two groups.Results The positive rate of Hp in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The CD4+CD25+Treg levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;The CD4+CD25+Treg levels of Hp positive children in the observation group were lower than those of Hp negative children;The CD4+CD25+Treg levels of Hp positive children in the observation group during the acute attack period were lower than those during the remission period;And there were statistically significant differences in all of the above(P<0.05).The AUC of serum CD4+CD25+Treg and Hp for predicting acute asthma was 0.945 and 0.402,respectively.The predictive efficacy of CD4+CD25+Treg was better than that of Hp.Conclusion The levels of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in peripheral blood of children with acute asthma combined with Hp positivity decrease,and there is no difference between disease remission and exacerbation,which has certain predictive value for the onset of acute asthma.关键词
