子宫肌瘤患者并发子宫腺肌症的危险因素分析
Analysis of risk factors of patients with uterine fibroids complicated with uterine adenomyosis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status and risk factors of patients with uterine fibroids complicated with uterine adenomyosis,and to construct regression equations.Methods 181 patients with uterine fibroids were included in the adenomyosis group(n=72)and the non-adenomyosis group(n=109)according to the occurrence of adenomyosis.The current status of patients with uterine fibroids complicated with adenomyosis was analyzed.The risk factors of uterine fibroids complicated with adenomyosis were analyzed by multiple Logistic regression.The regression equation was established,and the predictive value of the regression equation was analyzed by drawing receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC curve).Results 72 of 181 patients with uterine fibroids were complicated by adenomyosis,with an incidence of 39.78%.Miscarriage≥3 times,elevated levels of whole blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and human epididymal protein 4(HE4)were the risk factors of uterine fibroids complicated with uterine adenomyosis(P<0.05),while elevated level of Hb was the protective factor(P<0.05).The above factors were incorporated into the regression equation:logit(P)=-12.047+≥3 miscarriages×0.735+NLR×0.709+CA125×0.754+HE4×0.533-Hb×0.711.ROC curve was drew according to the regression equation,and the results showed that when logit(P)>8.44 and area under the curve(AUC)was 0.906,diagnostic sensitivity was 86.11%,and specificity was 82.57%.Conclusion The condition of patients with uterine fibroids complicated with uterine adenomyosis is not optimistic,and there are many risk factors.The regression equation constructed on this basis has good predictive value.关键词
