少腹逐瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床应用与机制研究进展
Research progress in the clinical application and mechanism of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Abstract
Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)is a disease that seriously affects women's reproductive health.Traditional Western treatment faces issues of antibiotic resistance and patient compliance,while traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment provides new ideas.This article explores the application and mechanism of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction(SFZYD)in the treatment of CPID.SFZYD is widely used to improve symptoms of patients due to its effects of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and warming channel for dispelling cold;It also promotes recovery by regulating immune responses and improving blood microcirculation.The combination of SFZYD with Western medicine or TCM external therapies forms an integrated treatment approach,showing enhanced therapeutic effects.Future research should delve deeper into its specific mechanisms and optimize treatment strategies.关键词
