药食同源马齿苋中提取活性成分对恶性肿瘤作用机制研究进展
Research progress in the mechanism of action of active components extracted from medicinal and edible purslane herb on malignant tumor
摘要
Abstract
As a widely distributed medicinal and edible plant,purslane herb is rich in resources and has a long history of medicinal and edible use.It has the sour taste and cold nature,and belongs to the liver and large intestine meridians.It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxification,cooling blood and stopping bleeding,and stopping dysentery.Modern research has shown that purslane herb contains chemical ingredients such as polysaccharide,alkaloid,flavonoids and coumarins,which has rich nutritional value and health care function.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that purslane herb has anti-inflammatory,bacteriostatic,anti-tumor,liver protection,lowering blood glucose,lowering blood lipid,anti-oxidation,and enhancing immunity effects.With the increasing trend of incidence and mortality of malignant tumors year by year worldwide,it has seriously threatened human life and health.Drug therapy is an important method of comprehensive tumor treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-target,multi-pathway and multipathway,which plays an auxiliary role in the treatment of malignant tumors.Purslane herb has been confirmed to have inhibitory effects on various malignant tumors.Studying the mechanism of action of purslane herb on malignant tumors can provide the reference for the development of clinical anti-tumor drugs.关键词
