血府逐瘀汤在改善心脑血管疾病中的研究进展
Research progress in Xuefu Zhuyu Tang in improving cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
摘要
Abstract
Xuefu Zhuyu Tang is derived from Wang Qingren's book"Yi Lin Gai Cuo".Based on the theory of"promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis",this formula is widely used in clinical practice to treat various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases(CCVDs)by regulating qi and blood and improving microcirculation.From the perspectives of modern clinical application and pharmacological mechanism research of Xuefu Zhuyu Tang,this article elaborates on its innovative therapeutic effects in the treatment of diseases such as coronary heart disease,stroke,and hypertension.From the perspective of experimental research,the mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu Tang in treating diseases may be related to the effects of anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,improvement of blood rheology,and improvement of endothelial function,providing theoretical basis and guidance for the clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu Tang.关键词
