Research progress in the mechanism of podocyte autophagy and intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in diabetic kidney disease
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes,with high incidence and complex pathogenesis.Podocyte autophagy is closely related to the disease,mainly through the mediation of three classical signal pathways of mTOR,AMPK,SIRT3 to improve the state of the disease.Traditional Chinese medicine can change the related markers of podocyte autophagy,such as LC3,p62 and Beclin-1,and affect the relevant signal pathways,indicating that the mechanism of podocyte autophagy can be used as the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the intervention of DKD.This provides the certain scientific research and application value for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in podocyte autophagy of this disease.关键词
