Functional Mechanisms and Implementation Pathways of Applying Political Rituals in Party Education of Urban Community Party Organizations

Abstract
Intra-party education,as an important"subset"of the Party's ideological construction,must rely on specific vehicles to transform the subjective world of party members.Community Party building holds a foundational position in urban Party work.Urban community party organizations are the backbone of grassroots Party building and important entities for conducting intra-party education.As a medium for shaping the image of the Party and educating party members,political rituals provide an effective pathway for urban community Party organizations to display the content of intra-party education and improve the effectiveness of intra-party education.In terms of the mechanism of action,urban community Party organizations use symbolic representations,create educational contexts,and promote ritual performances to conduct intra-party education with precision.This enables community party members to achieve a sense of unity with the Party organization and to gain the realistic perception of the Party's will and claims.In terms of educational effectiveness,the operation of political rituals has enhanced the political and organizational functions of urban community party organizations on a macro level,and promoted party members to strengthen their theoretical armament,enhance their identity recognition,and cultivate their strong party spirit on a micro level.In terms of implementation pathways,enhancing the organizational and political capacity of community secretaries,applying political rituals in a location-specific manner,establishing a mechanism of"evaluation to promote action",and exploiting the effectiveness of Party building alliances are all conducive to urban community party organizations using political rituals effectively to give full play to their roles.关键词
