基于纳米结构的光电化学乳酸传感器设计
Design of Nanostructure-Based Photoelectrochemical Lactate Sensor

Abstract
The first-principles simulations,multi-physics field simulations and photoelectrochemical detection techniques are combined to explore lactic acid-sensitive nanomaterials as well as geometric and electrical properties.A lactic acid-sensitive electrode based on the nanocomposite structure of cobalt tri oxide(Co3 O4)/zinc oxide(ZnO)/carbon nanotubes(CNTs)is developed for the detection of lactic acid in human sweat by a simple hydrothermal annealing technique.Then,the microscopic mechanism of the electrode surface is simulated and analyzed by combining theoretical calculations and experimental tests,and finally a simple-operation,small-size and port-able sweat lactate detection system is developed and designed based on STM32 embedded controller.The results prove that the lactate sensor has high sensitivity,low detection limit and good stability,which can realize the real-time detection functions.关键词
