Abstract

Flexible pressure sensors play an important role in pressure detection.In order to meet the detection needs of most application scenarios,a design and preparation method for a range adjustable capacitive flexible pressure sensor is proposed,which used thermosen-sitive resin as the dielectric layer,printed silver wire as the heating structure,and sensor range control is achieved by changing the die-lectric layer stiffness through the Joule heating.The research results indicate that the range and sensitivity of the sensor can be adjusted by controlling the supply current.When the dielectric layer temperature increases from 25 ℃ to 55 ℃,the range and sensitivity of the sensor changes from 4 MPa and 0.17 MPa-1 to 2.3 MPa and 1.34 MPa-1,respectively.Facing the detection requirements of different scenarios,it is important to adjust the pressure detection range of the sensor to provide more sensitive pressure detection performance.
