Abstract
In the process of rapid development in China's infrastructure construction,concrete has become a significant building material.Distributed fiber optic sensing technology,as an emerging strain monitoring technique,has been widely applied in the monitoring of con-crete cracks and structural health due to its superior performance.However,due to the inherent fragility of optical fibers,they need to be encapsulated and protected in engineering applications,which may result in strain loss between the fiber optic monitoring and the actual structural strain.To verify the accurate monitoring of structural strain by encapsulated fiber optics,theoretical research on embedded op-tical fibers and pull-out tests on grouted tendons are conducted to investigate the transmission efficiency and coupling of fiber optic sen-sors.The research results demonstrate that when using embedded fiber optic deployment,there is excellent coupling between the optical fibers and the poured concrete,and the strain transmission efficiency can reach over 90%.Structural health monitoring can be achieved through distributed fiber optic technology.关键词
