摘要

Abstract

A compensation technique for C-V hysteresis characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic devices based on Preisach model is pro-posed.Taking circular lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramic(PZT)as the research object,a cross-correlation measurement circuit is designed to test the C-V characteristics of PZT.According to the test data,the Preisach model and the inverse Preisach model of PZT are established.Based on these models,the compensation technology for the C-V hysteresis characteristics of PZT is experimentally studied.The experimental results show that compared with general nonlinear fitting compensation methods,compensation techniques based on the Preisach model and inverse Preisach model can provide high-precision compensation for the C-V hysteresis characteristics of piezoelectric devices.The technology proposed is implemented based on model algorithms without modifying the existing system structure,which pro-vides a novel solution for C-V hysteresis compensation of piezoelectric devices and thus has practical application value in the use of piezo-electric devices to achieve functions such as voltage-controlled capacitors,piezoelectric drives,or non-contact DC voltage measurement.
