NTC温度传感器检定结果的不确定度分析

Abstract
The temperature monitoring of typhoon core area is an important part of meteorology research.Its accurate temperature measure-ment results will direct affect the prediction of typhoon path and intensity.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the uncertainty of the temperature sensor measurement results.In view of the shortcomings of low sensitivity,slow response speed and poor environmental a-daptability of the temperature sensor in the current environmental monitoring of the typhoon core area,the R-T characteristics of the nega-tive temperature coefficient(NTC)thermistor are introduced,and the uncertainty of the calibration results of the temperature sensor is ana-lyzed for the random error and system error.The results show that the maximum standard uncertainty of the negative temperature coeffi-cient sensor is 0.014 0 ℃ and the minimum standard uncertainty is 0.027 8 ℃ under high temperature conditions.Under low temperature conditions,the maximum standard uncertainty is 0.237 6 ℃and the minimum standard uncertainty is 0.234 0 ℃,indicating that the sensor can meet the requirements of high accuracy and fast response speed for the measurement of the ambient temperature in the typhoon core area.This provides a good basis for the development of temperature sensors in typhoon detection.关键词
