摘要

Abstract

A tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)system using an auxiliary laser to achieve low-error non-contact concen-tration detection of alcohol gas in vehicles is proposed,which utilizes different absorption characteristics of alcohol gas molecules by the main and auxiliary lasers with different wavelengths to correct the transmittance of the main laser through the car window glass and film,thereby greatly eliminating the influence of the car window glass and film on the concentration detection of alcohol vapor inside the car.An improved TDLAS system model using auxiliary lasers is established based on Beer-Lambert law,and the parameters such as the light trans-mittance of the car window glass and car film are added,where the wavenumber of the main and auxiliary lasers are 2 989.5 cm-1 and 2 750.2 cm-1 respectively.Based on the model,the influence of the light transmittance of the car window glass and film on the transmis-sion of the main incident light is analyzed.Then,by using the proportional relationship between the transmittance of the main incident light and the auxiliary light through the car window glass and film,the transmittance of the main incident light through the car window glass and film is corrected,thereby reducing the error of the alcohol vapor concentration detection value to within 0.2%.The solution addresses the issue of significant detection errors in TDLAS systems caused by the influence of car window glass and film in practical applications.
