基于TDC的光栅信号载波调制细分方法研究

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of mutual restriction between sampling frequency and subdivision multiple in carrier modulation subdivision method of grating signal,a carrier modulation subdivision method of grating signal based on TDC is proposed.According to the principle of carrier modulation,the displacement information contained in the grating voltage signal is converted into a phase signal.The high-precision time measurement ability of TDC is utilized to improve the time measurement resolution in the phase demodulation process.Under the premise of ensuring the subdivision multiple,the optional range of sampling frequency is broadened,so as to solve the problem of mutual restriction between sampling frequency and subdivision multiple.The experimental results show that the sampling frequency range is amplified by 125 times,and the fast response ability of the grating under high resolution conditions is improved.关键词
