Time Series Analysis of Data Fusion Algorithm for Wireless Sensor Devices in the Vehicle Network

Abstract
In order to improve the accuracy of data fusion for wireless sensor devices in the internet of vehicles,reduce fusion time and energy consumption,a time series analysis algorithm for data fusion of wireless sensor devices in the Internet of Vehicles is proposed.Firstly,wavelet threshold method is used to denoise data collected from multiple wireless sensing devices in the vehicle networking sys-tem.Secondly,an ARMA time series analysis model is created to predict changes in data time series.Finally,the node trust value is cal-culated based on current data and predicted future data,and the data are aggregated to the node with the highest trust value to achieve data fusion.The simulation analysis results show that this fusion method has an average error of less than 0.1,an average absolute error of less than 0.2,an average relative error of less than 0.25,a root mean square error of less than 0.08,a node energy utilization rate of more than 90%,a fusion time of less than 1 second,and the advantages of high fusion accuracy,low energy consumption,and short time.The sensor data fusion effect is good.关键词
