Abstract
Containerized Mobile Power Supply(CMPS)is a critical power source for all-electric ships,with its performance and reliability being of paramount importance.This paper designs a Containerized Mobile Power Supply Monitoring System(CMPSMS)based on a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).The system integrates functions such as battery management,liquid cooling control,fire alarms,and remote monitoring.By utilizing sensors,it achieves real-time monitoring of battery status and precise control of the liquid cooling system,ensuring stable battery operation.The system also features alarm and remote operation capabilities,allowing for automatic protective measures in case of anomalies.High-power charge-discharge experiments validated control logic and stability of the system.The results show that the system can effectively manage battery charge-discharge processes,enhance safety,and improve response speed,showing great application prospects.关键词
