Abstract
In this study,BaTi5O11-xCuO(x=0.005,0.010,0.015 and 0.020)ceramics were prepared via sol-gel process under the condition of CuO,and the effects of CuO additions on the sintering characteristics,phase composition and microwave dielectric properties of BaTi5O11 ceramics were systematically investigated in this work.The CST simulation software was used to design resonator antennas and conduct simulation tests on them.The single-phase BaTi5O11 could be synthetized and both ceramics could be well densified with CuO additions.The τf of BaTi5O11-xCuO was found to be dependent on the distortion of TiO6 octahedron which was modified by Cu2+ions,resulting in a positive change in the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency(τf)values.When x=0.010,the sintering temperature of BaTi5O11 ceramics is 1040℃,and has good microwave dielectric properties:relative dielectric constant εr=43.6,high quality factor Q×f=35485 GHz(6.8 GHz),temperature coefficient of resonant frequency close to zero τf=4.4×10-6/℃.The simulation results show that the BaTi5O11-0.010CuO ceramics have the best antenna radiation performance.关键词
