摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the production and testing requirements of phased array antennas and solve the problems of long testing time and insufficient automation,an efficient phased array antenna test system is de-signed.The system testing software adopts modular design,which can flexibly adapt to different phased array antennas,measuring instruments,and other equipments.By utilizing software interaction and data processing capabilities,automatic beam steering programming and adaptive testing analysis are achieved,completing full-process automated testing of phased array antennas.In terms of test optimization,specialized design for system synchronization,testing timing and testing parameters are implemented,resulting in a 5~10 times increase in efficiency.The system has been applied to small-scale production of products,and can complete single set de-livery within 1 h.It has high automation,simple and reliable operation,and the test efficiency has been signifi-cantly improved.
