A Study of the Design and Application of"Extracurricular Sports Activity Booking Platform"in Ordinary Universities:Taking Changshu Institute of Technology as an Example

Abstract
In order to promote the integration of physical education courses in and out of ordinary universities,as well as to implement the requirements of"learning-instruction,diligent practice,and regular competition"in the construction of physical education courses in ordinary universities,the Sports Department of Changshu Institute of Technology independently designed and developed a"extracurricular sports activity booking platform".The express aim is to use intelligent methods to solve the problems of low efficiency in organizing extracurricular sports activities for college students,poor connection between in-class and out-of-class learning and training competitions,uncertain social effects of extracurricular sports activities,and insufficient utilization of sports venue resources.The extracurricular sports activity booking platform mainly includes two parts:one is"daily exercise",mainly used for activity reservation of"fitness exercises","eight section brocade",and"pull up"(for boys);the other is the"contract system",which mainly includes contracts for basketball,volleyball,football,table tennis,badminton,tennis and other sports.The innovation lies in the effective extension of physical education classroom teaching through the"extracurricular sports activity booking platform",the taking-root of new goals and concepts of"learning-instruction,diligent practice,and regular competition"in physical education courses,the realization of an intelligent allocation of school sports equipment and human resources,the integration of platform functions that meet diverse sports needs,and the enhancement of the platform's social function in terms of student sports organization and management.Through a two-year preparation period of experiments and trials,the platform has been officially put into use for a year.The use of the"extracurricular sports activity booking platform"has had a positive impact in promoting students'sports participation rate,physical health level,sports interest,project skills,and sports socialization,etc.It has effectively promoted students'extracurricular exercises and competitions,and basically achieved the reform goal of integrating physical education courses inside and outside of class.关键词
