基于居民就医满意度的社区卫生服务中心优化策略研究
Research on the Strategies for the Optimization of Community Health Service Centers Based on Residents'Satisfaction with Medical Care

Abstract
Under the guidance of the strategy of"Healthy China",the construction of China's health service system has made great progress,but there is still much room for improvement in the supply and balance of the grassroots health services.As the main body of primary healthcare institutions in China,community health service centers are an important part of the urban healthcare service system,and are closely related to the life and health of the residents.In order to improve the residents'satisfaction with medical care,this paper analyzes the existing research results and proposes the optimization strategies for community health centers in terms of demographic differences,resource allocation,medical level,and built environment in response to the current problems of community health service centers.The results of this paper are of great practical significance for improving the service quality of community health centers and satisfying the diversified medical care demands of the residents.关键词
