Commercial Space Micro-Renewal Based on Consumer Perception:A Case of"Xianting"Cafe
摘要
Abstract
With the issuance of Nanjing Urban Renewal Measures,urban renewal in Nanjing has developed to a new stage.From the perspective of micro-renewal,the paper sorts out several types of cafes as commercial spaces,analyzes the factors affecting consumer perception,and points out that the activation of small-scale business needs to focus on the specific perception of consumers,pay attention to consumer needs and emotional connection,and guide the design practice of micro-renewal through the endogenous power of consumers'own needs.Thus,for the specific design strategies,it proposes the strategies of improving the spatial openness,creating the perception needs,and connecting the senses with transparent space to solve the problems.In this way,we can bring rich spatial perceptions to the consumers,activate the corners of the urban space and realize the micro-renewal of business.关键词
