Research on the Renewal and Renovation of Old Neighborhoods:A Case of Erjiefang Community of Panzhihua City
摘要
Abstract
With the development of Panzhihua City and the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the problems of aging infrastructure,poor public service facilities,insufficient public activity space and poor living environment in old urban communities have become increasingly prominent.In order to explore the methods suitable for the renewal and transformation of the old community,this paper takes the renewal and renovation of the old community of Erjiefang Community of Panzhihua City as an example,and concludes that the old community has problems such as aging buildings,functional degradation and poor environment through reference literature and field visits to Erjiefang Community.Through the analysis on the renewal and renovation process of Panzhihua City and the existing problems of Erjiefang Community,the paper proposes the corresponding solutions to improve the environmental quality of the community.关键词
