Study on the Current Development Status and Renewal of Tianzifang in Shanghai from the Public Perspective
摘要
Abstract
Lane neighborhood is an important manifestation of the characteristics of old Shanghai City,but it is experiencing a decline with the development of the city.From the subjective public perspective,this paper studied the current development status and possible renewal ideas of Tianzifang.By means of questionnaire survey,interview,cognitive map and quantitative map analysis,etc.,this paper analyzed the subjective impact of urban renewal on people and its reflection in the current development status.The results show that Tianzifang has three aspects of problems in spatial pattern,community interpersonal relationship and industrial structure layout.Tianzifang is facing material and cultural decline.Based on this,the suggestions for the control and renewal of Tianzifang in the future development are put forward,which is conducive to the protection and development of lane neighborhood and the continuation of urban context.关键词
