城市更新背景下成都老旧住区户外活动空间研究
Research on Outdoor Activity Space in Old Residential Areas in Chengdu under the Background of Urban Renewal
摘要
Abstract
In the era of stock planning,large-scale demolition and construction has become a thing of the past,and the renewal and reconstruction of outdoor activity space in old settlements following the concept of people orientation under the principle of sustainable development has become the focus of urban development nowadays.The Code for Planning and Design of Urban Residential Areas(GB50180-93)is used in the planning and design of old residential areas,so the old standard can be used in the research,and the outdoor activity space can be divided into three levels of group,community and residential area.Through the analysis on the current situation,it is found that the group-level and community-level activity spaces are the most important ones to be paid attention to in the context of urban renewal,and the corresponding transformation strategies are proposed for these two types of activity spaces.关键词
