摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of cities,the scale of urban areas continues to expand,coupled with the impact of global warming and the greenhouse effect,the flooding in cities is becoming more and more serious due to extreme rainfall events.This paper analyzes the natural conditions of Weifang City,and analyzes the reasons for the flooding disasters of the buildings and their damages to the buildings by combining with the human control factors.Then it proposes the strategies of"prevention,blocking,drainage,and storage"for the buildings and also relevant technical measures,with a view to reduce the flooding of the buildings.关键词
