Analysis on the Impact of the Satisfaction with Public Service Facilities in Ice-Snow Tourism Towns Based on Geodetector

Abstract
To improve the construction level and quality of public service facilities in ice-snow tourism towns in the post-winter Olympic era,a satisfaction survey of the residents and tourists was conducted in Chongli District of Zhangjiakou City.The paper compares the characteristics of the satisfaction with the public service facilities in ice-snow tourism towns by different users,and then analyzes the factors influencing the satisfaction with the public service facilities with geodetectors.The results show that the residents'satisfaction with public service facilities is significantly higher than that of the tourists.The income,gender,and age attributes of the residents and tourists also have significant impact on their overall satisfaction with the public service facilities,which is smaller than the impact on the different types of public service facilities.The interaction between cultural and recreational facilities and transportation facilities is more conducive to improving the overall satisfaction of the public service facilities.Strengthening the differentiated allocation of facility types and levels,and rationally planning the priority of facilities are conducive to enhancing the tourism attraction and improving the livable construction of ice-snow tourism towns.关键词
