Abstract
Under the new round of the territorial spatial planning system,the compilation of village planning pays more attention to practicability,and the comprehensive land consolidation becomes an important measure to realize the optimal utilization of land resources.However,the lack of appropriate linkage between the two leads to the conflict between planning control indicators and practical demands,and it also makes it impossible to implement the village planning.Taking Baisha village in Binyang County of Nanning city as an example,based on the third national land survey,from the perspectives of the goals,object,elements and technical methods,etc.,this paper proposes that the compilation of village planning should implement the comprehensive land consolidation from the aspects of spatial management,implementation approaches and consolidation direction,etc.,so as to realize the linkage between the comprehensive land consolidation and village planning,and to provide a reference for the compilation of the current practical village planning.关键词
