Abstract
With the development of urbanization in China entering an era of stock and safe development,the country is paying more and more attention to urban renewal and disaster prevention and reduction.As an important part of the urban disaster prevention and relief system,the scientific and reasonable planning of disaster prevention and refuge roads is of great significance to the overall safety of the city.On the basis of summarizing the concept and connotation of disaster prevention and refuge roads in the context of urban renewal,this paper conducted a detailed review and analysis on the literature,and explored the principles of designing disaster prevention and refuge roads from the perspectives of safety,accessibility,efficiency,disaster prevention,and sustainability.A planning index system was constructed based on the three elements of safety,efficiency,and risk of refuge roads,and the evaluation models and methods applicable to disaster prevention and refuge roads were summarized and analyzed.Finally,the paper summarized the progress and existing problems in the planning research work of disaster prevention and refuge roads in the context of urban renewal,and prospected the future research priorities in the planning of the disaster prevention and refuge roads,in order to provide support for the safe and high-quality development of resilient cities.关键词
