The Construction of the Strategic Alignment Evaluation Framework for Megaprojects from the Perspective of Object-Process-Subject

Abstract
Megaproject is a huge system composed of various elements,and has the characteristics of complicity,nonlinearity,and dynamics.Its stakeholders have complex relationship and severe conflicts in the interests,which often lead to the inconsistency between development objectives and overall strategy,affecting the performance of megaprojects and reducing the proper configuration of social resources.Based on the review on the literature related to the object-process-subject theory at home and abroad,the paper comprehensively assess the strategic alignment level from a three-dimensional perspective,and constructs a strategic alignment evaluation system for the megaprojects,which has a positive theoretical value for the strategic decision-making,project governance and performance evaluation of the megaprojects.关键词
