Abstract
With the popularization of curved 3D modeling technology and the advancement of construction technology,the atypical curved curtain walls have been widely used in construction projects.However,this type of curtain wall system has problems such as complex design,difficult construction,and high cost,and so on.Thus,how to achieve high-quality construction with controllable cost has become a key driving force to promote the development of hyperbolic curtain wall optimization design technology.This paper proposes an innovative hyperbolic optimization method for curtain wall aluminum panels,which breaks through the limitations of traditional AI parametric algorithms,and realizes the technological breakthrough in optimizing the atypical hyperbolic surface into machinable curved single-surface in a quick,multi-threading and batch manner by integrating the genetic algorithm and Pareto-optimal multi-objective optimization mechanism.This technology can effectively control the design and construction errors and significantly reduce the construction cost.关键词
