Research on EBS Standard and Its Application in Shield Tunnel Engineering

Abstract
To address the insufficient application depth of BIM technology caused by information fragmentation and the lack of standardized frameworks in full life cycle management of the shield tunnel,this paper investigates the Engineering Breakdown Structure(EBS)standard for shield tunneling.By developing EBS coding rules,the unique identification of shield tunnel components was achieved,resolving the mapping discontinuity between physical entities and information models.A hierarchical reconstruction method for the shield tunnel BIM models was proposed based on the EBS standard,establishing an association logic of"EBS code-component geometric attributes-bill of quantities"to enable the automated generation of shield tunnel quantity takeoffs.Additionally,by analyzing the relationships between construction schedules,construction status and schedule deviations,an EBS code-driven workflow for the construction progress management of the tunnel engineering was developed to realize the component-level construction schedule management.The results demonstrate that the EBS standard of the tunnel engineering effectively supports the data integration across design,construction,and operation phases,facilitating the digital and intelligent application of BIM throughout the full life cycle of shield tunnels.关键词
