Abstract
Construction of the second round of the Double High Plan,with the goal of high-level school-running capabilities and high-quality integration between industry and education,serves as an important driver and innovative impetus for the high-quality development of vocational education and the building China into a leading country in education.The advancement of the building China into a leading country in education requires construction of the second round of the Double High Plan to demonstrate educational,economic and social values,by continuously meeting the quality demands for enhancing the competitiveness of skilled talents,supporting development demands for social contribution,and responding to contemporary demands for expanding vocational education brand influence.Building China into a leading country in education guides the layout focus and task orientation of the construction of the second round of the Double High Plan.Construction of the second round of the Double High Plan empowers the building China into a leading country in education based on three logical dimensions:value,practice,and discourse.That is,it uses high-level school-running capabilities as the internal driving force to enhance the strength of education itself,and high-quality integration between industry and education as the supporting force to enhance the strength of educational services.The innovative vocational education brand serves as the driving force to enhance educational recognition.Aligned with national development strategies and regional development needs,construction of the second round of the Double High Plan should strengthen political guidance to optimize the Five Key Components(key majors,key curriculum,key textbooks,key teachers and key training bases)with holistic thinking;emphasize strategic attributes to stimulate cross-border integration of government-industry-education-city through relational thinking;prioritize people's needs to reshape the image of vocational education with dynamic thinking,ultimately contributing vocational education power to the building a leading country in education and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.关键词
