摘要

Abstract

Technical education is a specialized type of education that cultivates skilled talents,it has played a vital role in national economic development.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,changes in the government-enterprise-school relationship have directly influenced the mechanisms of technical education resource acquisition.In this regard,guided by a constructed analytical framework and policy texts analysis,this study traces the evolutionary of technical education resource acquisition through four stages:the government's unified planning and allocation of resources,the government's shift to regulating and guiding industrial enterprises to invest in technical education,the government's encouragement of industrial enterprises'voluntary investment in technical education,and the collaborative provision of resources by government and industrial enterprises.At the same time,the technical education resources acquisition follows the dynamic transfer of the main body of resource allocation from government coordination to multiple synergies;the contractual evolution of acquisition methods from administrative dependence-market contract-institutional contract;and the optimization and upgrading of resource efficiency from superficial accessibility to deep utilization.
