技工教育的功能阻滞及其迭代升级
The Functional Obstacles and Iterative Upgrading in Technical Education

Abstract
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,technical education has gradually developed the functions of integration between industry and education,and social integration,primarily manifesting these through vocational school education and vocational training.However,due to the low policy positioning of technical education's talent cultivation standards,insufficient policy support for graduates'advancement to higher education,inadequate organizational differentiation of technical colleges and universities,and the need to improve their professional status,the integration between industry and education function faces challenges of lower-order supply.Additionally,the sharp decline in birth rates,shrinking student populations,and increasingly sufficient enrollment capacity in general senior high schools have weakened the social integration function of technical education,even risking its marginalization.To realize the iterative upgrading of technical education's functions,it is necessary to introduce new policy resources for student advancement and institutional upgrading to enhance integration between industry and education;return to the essence of training,develop and strengthen the supply of students,and build a robust training system for industrial talents,so as to upgrade the function of social integration;and promote pilot reforms in technical education's management system,curricula,teaching methods,and resource allocation models to holistically coordinate and upgrade both functions.关键词
