摘要

Abstract

Talents are the primary resource for the all-around rural revitalization in ethnic minority area.Cultivating skilled talents serves as a crucial pillar for building China into a leading country in education.In recent years,the rural revitalization guides has become a major challenge for vocational education in ethnic minority area to cultivate new farmers.Actor-network theory,which integrates human and non-human factors in social practices,aims to facilitate organic collaboration among diverse actors through the mechanism of translation,and ultimately forming network alliances.This framework provides a theoretical basis for addressing the new farmers cultivation dilemma in vocational education in ethnic minority area.It provides a theoretical basis for the cracking of the dilemma of cultivating new farmers in vocational education in ethnic minority area.The loose relationships of actors(based on problem presentation)make it difficult to cultivate high-quality skilled talents with local sentiments;The derailment of interests of actors(driven by vested interests)hinders the development of shaping high-quality skilled talents with cultural confidence;the lack of identity of actors(stemming from recruitment mobilization)obstructs the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents with local accountability.To solve this dilemma,we should anchor the common goal to consolidate actor relationships and cultivate high-quality skilled talents with local sentiments;deepen the interest linkage to share benefits and cultivate culturally confident talents;strengthen emotional bonds to guarantee accountability and cultivate high-quality skilled talents with locally responsibility.
