职教师资队伍建设适配新质生产力发展的变革之道
Transformation Path for the Construction of Vocational Education Teacher Team to Adapt to New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
Today's world is in the midst of great changes that have not been seen in a century.Global scientific and technological innovation exhibits complexities such as disruption,intersectionality,integration and uncertainty,vocational education bears a critical mission in the development of new quality productive forces.A strong education starts with strong teachers.As the cornerstone project for developing vocational education,the construction of vocational education teacher team must adapt to the development of new quality productive forces.In the process of the construction,there are three emerging challenges have emerged:multi-dimensional requirements for knowledge and skills,the integration of virtual and real domains in teaching and research,and the rapid causal interplay between science and industry.To address these challenges,a new value system needs to be reshaped from three aspects:goals,subjects and functions,that is,it should focus on empowering new quality productive forces to serve high-quality development,expanding from physical teacher teams to network teacher teams,and advancing from additive advantage utilization to activating integrated efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a new theoretical framework characterized by technological innovation catalyzing the collaborative reorganization of internal system elements,data flow promoting system disequilibrium and triggering nonlinear transformations,and industrial upgrading driving continuous system evolution.In order to better adapt to the development of new quality productive forces,the construction of vocational education teacher team should implement the following transformation path:creating new learning and work fields for teachers through technological innovation;building a network teacher team with mobile data;implementing a multi dimensional evaluation mechanism through industrial upgrading.关键词
