职业本科实习教育的现实困境与建设路径
The Realistic Dilemmas and Construction Pathways of Vocational Undergraduate Internship Education

Abstract
The vocational education as a category in the educational system should be fully reflected in internship education.However,currently,vocational undergraduate internship education still fails to demonstrate essential differences from vocational colleges and general undergraduate colleges in terms of internship content,models,and implementation,thus facing the dilemma of unclear orientation.A text analysis of 66,371 student internship weekly diaries reveals that the dilemma of positioning in vocational undergraduate internship education arises from three categories of negative factors:knowledge fragmentation,workplace barriers,and lack of coping strategies.These factors correspond to three types of internship stakeholders:universities,employers,and students.A singular focus on any single stakeholder cannot fully resolve the dilemma.Conversely,three categories of positive factors:skill upgrading,institutional support,and career motivation:drive student self-efficacy and enhance internship effectiveness.Both negative and positive factors exhibit cumulative internal effects,with intra-group interactions amplifying their respective impacts.Based on the result of text analysis,vocational undergraduate internship education should:harmonize professional education with market demands at the strategic positioning level;cultivate students'applied competencies to mitigate internship challenges at the capability development level;establish information-sharing mechanisms and integrate resources of enterprises and universities at the resource-sharing level;and strengthen internship process management and employer evaluation systems at the process management level.关键词
