X90管线钢氢扩散行为研究
Research on Hydrogen Diffusion Behavior in X90 Pipeline Steel

Abstract
X90 pipeline steel is typical steel of the third generation of high-grade pipeline steel,which may face serious hy-drogen induced cracking(HIC)problems during the service process of long-distance oil and gas transmission pipelines.The hydrogen permeation behavior of X90 pipeline steel under different solution concentrations,temperatures and hydrogen charging current densities was studied using the dual-cell hydrogen permeation test.The results showed that with the in-crease of hydrogen charging current density,the time taken by the primary and secondary cycles to reach the steady-state current density was shortened.When the hydrogen charging current density increased from 10 mA·cm-2 to 25 mA·cm-2,the hydrogen diffusion coefficient Deff increased from 1.19×10-7 cm2·s-1 to 2.23×10-7 cm2·s-1.With the concentration of acidic solution on the cathode side increasing,the hydrogen concentration on the cathode side increased,and the kinetic force of hydrogen diffusion increased,leading to the enhancement of hydrogen permeation behavior.The hydrogen concentration on the cathode side c0 increased from 1.61×10-3 mol·L-1 to 2.43×10-3 mol·L-1,and the hydrogen diffusion coefficient Deff in-creased from 1.39×10-7 cm2·s-1 to 2.23×10-7 cm2·s-1.As the temperature of the hydrogen-filled solution increased,the hydro-gen atoms could gain greater kinetic energy.At the same time,the hydrogen evolution reaction was more intense at higher temperatures.When the temperature reached 75℃,the hydrogen diffusion coefficient Deff could reached 3.69×10-7 cm2·s-1.At high temperatures,the effect of hydrogen traps on hydrogen capture was greatly weakened,and the density of hydrogen traps was significantly reduced.关键词
