Abstract
Research on the adaptability of laser welding misalignment for 2 mm TC4 titanium alloy thin plate lock bottom structure was conducted.The results show that with the increase of misalignment,the uniformity of weld formation de-creases,surface bite and depression increase,and when the misalignment is 1.0 mm,the weld surface is completely depressed;the number of pores increases first and then decreases with the increase of misalignment.When the misalignment is 0-0.6 mm,a good surface formation and internal quality of the weld can be obtained.The tensile strength of the joint decreases with the increase of misalignment,but when the misalignment is 0.6 mm,the tensile strength of the joint can still reach 1 050 MPa,and the tensile specimen breaks near the edge of the thick plate side of the weld,and the fracture surface shows ductile fracture characteristics.The results show that TC4 titanium alloy lock bottom joint laser welding has a certain toler-ance to misalignment,and when the misalignment is within 0.6 mm(30%of the wall thickness),the joint still has good for-mation and mechanical properties.The research results can provide reference for the application of laser welding production of titanium alloy products,and have guiding significance for the assembly accuracy control of large-scale structural parts.关键词
