Abstract

In this study,organic sulfide lipoic acid(α-ALA)and polyethylene glycol diacrylate(PEGDA)monomers were used as raw materials to prepare a chemically stable three-dimensional cross-linked polymer P(Ax-Py)by reverse vulcanization reaction under high temperature(without ini-tiator)conditions.Then it was blended with polyethylene oxide(PEO)to obtain a solid-state electro-lyte membrane P(Ax-Py)-PEO.P(Ax-Py)-PEO can assist in constructing an SEI layer that enables stable cycling of the battery.The conductivity of P(A3-P3)-PEO electrolyte at 60℃reaches 1.85×10-3 S/cm with an electrochemical window of up to 4.5 V.When the current density is 0.1 mA/cm2,the Li|P(A3-P3)-PEO|Li cell can stably cycle for more than 1600 hours,and the Li|P(A3-P3)-PEO|SPAN cell has a discharge-specific capacity of 719 mAh/g and a coulombic efficiency of up to 99%.The results indi-cate that the polymer electrolyte prepared in this study has great potential for improving ion trans-port and battery cycling stability.
