锂电池负极包覆沥青炭化机理分析及应用性能研究
Analysis of carbonization mechanism and application performance of coating-pitch in lithium battery anode material

Abstract
Pitch coating modification serves as an effective means to enhance the electrochemical per-formance of graphite anode.The pyrolysis characteristics of pitch and the carbonized structure have a direct impact on the electrochemical properties of anode materials.The electrochemical perfor-mance of modified graphite is mainly concerned.However,the pyrolysis characteristics,rheological properties,wettability and carbonization structure of pitch are analyzed,which explains its mecha-nism in the coating process.The results show that the carbonization process of pitch can be divided into three stages.The low-temperature weight loss stage primarily involves the volatilization of low molecular weight gases,the medium-temperature rapid weight loss stage marks the intense pyrolysis of molecules,and the high-temperature weight loss stage is mainly the polycondensation of macromo-leculars.An amorphous carbon material with short-range order,long-range disorder and certain mi-crocrystalline structure is formed,which improves the electrochemical behavior of natural graphite in batteries.关键词
