不同挤压条件下方形锂离子电池安全极限实验研究
Research on the safety limit test of square lithium ion batteries under different squeezing conditions

Abstract
In order to meet the safety requirements of power battery pack extrusion,impact and colli-sion in the current standard,the cross test of different diameter extrusion heads is carried out on the three surfaces of a ternary lithium ion cell under different charge states.By studying the force-electric-thermal relationship of the cell,the influence of different loading conditions on the safety limit of the cell is discussed.The study shows that under the same conditions,the diameter of the ex-trusion head is positively correlated with the safety limit of the cell,while the change of the charge state does not have an obvious impact on the safety limit of the cell.The fluctuation of cell tempera-ture and voltage is affected by its failure form,and the temperature rise or voltage steep drop gener-ally does not occur after the rupture of the shell.The results can provide a reference for the design of battery pack system and the determination of safety simulation results.关键词
