Abstract

Bed temperature adjustment is key to fludized bed boiler's capacity and fuel adaptability.In recent years,as an effective measure of bed temperature adjustment,flue gas recirculation has been increasingly used in special fuel fired fludized bed boilers,including biomass,municipal solid waste,industrial solid waste and sludge,etc.The article analyses various affecting the operation of flue gas recirculation system for fludized bed boilers in China,and proposes corresponding improvement methods and optimization measures by comparison with flue gas recirculation system in foreign countries,and summarizes the design points of the flue gas recirculation system for fludized bed boilers.
